Diane - Business Development Manager
BDM – worked in care for over 8 years. Expert through experience with CQC assisting inspections w/care homes + hospitals as well as mental health facilities. ‘Bionicare is all about passion for the role. The owners care beyond belief and are the reason why BIONICARE are at the top of their game. Proud to work for the company that loves making a difference. Specialises in mental health + addictions and passionate about making a change.
Maria - Administration
Not just an administrator! She is the wizard of IT and an integral part of the team. In her 1st year at BIONICARE but adores the role and the high level of care that BIONICARE provide. Loves that the role is all about the people.
Rupinder - Company secretary and owner
Rupinder is the driving force in the business, the driving force behind the success. Not afraid to get her hands dirty on the frontline. She covers all aspects of the job and is said to be the glue that holds the team together. Co-founder of the business she has been there from the start. Organises activities for residents, from taking them to get their hair and nails done to organising company parties and socials. No job is too big or too small!
